没有光纤网络能够使用吗？Can it be used without fiber wifi?





可以的。最低仅稳定的网速4mbps就可以了，手机热点网络都可以支持。Yes it can be used with a minimum of 4mbps internet speed, mobile phone hotspot data is able to support TvBox.



可以带到国外使用吗？Is it possible to use tvbox Oversea?





可以的。只要有网络，除了中国，任何地区、任何国家都能使用。Yes can be use Oversea if there is Internet Available Except China.



是否提供产品的保修？Any warranty provided?





有的。我们提供产品硬件一年的保修，一对一更换服务以及终身售后服务。Yes, we provide 1 year hardware warranty, 1 to 1 exchange。We also provide Lifetime after sales service.



会使用一阵子就看不到了吗？Would it unable to use after using a while?





小云电视盒拥有自家稳定服务器，在市场已经迈入第5年，盒子软件、系统等等都会获得时时更新，以及伺服器维护。所以无需担心用不到的问题。SVI CLOUD got it's own server, and it's been 5 years in the Market. The app and system will automatically update and maintaince by svi cloud server.



需要付年费或者月费来付费的吗？Does this need to pay monthly or yearly?





不需要，小云电视盒只需一次付费即可享有永久免费使用。Don't need. For SVI CLOUD TVBOX is only one time payment and its lifetime using.



最新的电影、连续剧都会更新的吗？Would it update latest movie and drama?





会的。最新电影、连续剧都会自动更新，保证提供您最新的戏。Yes. Latest movie and drama will be update, provide latest movie for you.



有马来西亚台Xstro的频道吗？Is there any Malaysia Xstro Channel?





有的。马来西亚Xstro的频道都有。Yes. There is Malaysia Xstro Channel in our Tvbox.



电影或连续剧有中文字幕吗？Is there chinese subtitle in movie or drama?





有的。电影跟连续剧最少都会配有中文字幕，其余的可更换其他语言字幕。Yes. There is minimum with 1 chinese subtitle in movie or drama. Other than that can set to other language subtitle.



家里有老人、小孩容易使用操作吗？Is it easy to use, especially for elder or child?





非常简单容易操作，基本使用“上下左右”以及“OK”键即可操作。老人小孩都轻松上手。It's really easy to use, normal control by using "up down left right" and "OK" button on Remote Control.



有 18+成人频道吗？Is there any Adult Channel?





有的。18+成人的直播台以及点播台都有，还有密码锁。Yes. Adult Channel and Vod is available in the box, and both of them are password locked.



有google play吗？Is google play available in tvbox?





有的。每个款式的小云电视盒都配有google play。Yes. All model tvbox comes with google play.

收到盒子后如何操作？What to do when i receive tvbox?





收到盒子后只需拿出电视盒，把电源插头连接好（可选择2头插或3头插）；把电源线连接到电视盒；把hdmi cable一头连接在电视盒，另外一头连接到电视；然后打开电源，将电视盒开机；开机后连接网络即可使用了。After receive tvbox, connect the power adapter (3pin plug or 2pin plug) ; Connect power cable to tvbox ; Connect hdmi cable from tvbox to Tv ; On the power make sure tvbox start properly, then go to setting connect wifi and you're done.



软件已经安装好了吗？Are all the app done installed?





是的。所以软件已经帮您安装好了，收到后可直接使用了。Yes. All app are done Installed, Just plug&play.



不小心删除到任何软件怎么办？How if i delete any apps accidentally?





放心，非常简单容易操作下载回来，自己就能操作下载安装回来了。不需要担心要寄到哪里或是带着盒子到哪里安装过。Don't be panic, it's very easy to download and install the apps back, it's can be done by yourself. No worry about need to sent it where or bring it where to download & install.



如何连接蓝牙？How to connect Bluetooth?





首先到设置，选折系统，选折添加配件即可连接蓝牙设备。First go to setting, press system, press add accessories, and you're ready to connect buletooth device.
